The location of the shop is strategic, being in a corner where the most important fashion brands are present. The visibility and brightness of the store help to enhance the products displayed in the windows.
RIMOWA

RIMOWA suitcases are rightly considered the top in construction quality.
In Italy they were marketed by retailers, the management’s decision was to open a flagship store in both Milan and Rome.
Our company has supported the brand in the search for the right location, in Milan a store has been identified in Via Sant’Andrea in the heart of the quadrilateral, in Rome. The Piazza di Spagna store met their needs.

Like other brands of the French giant LVMH, LOEWE MADRID has relied on our structure for the opening of their 2 Italian stores.
The locations are those of the luxury streets of Milan and Rome and in this specific case we were able to find a store for them in Milan in the prestigious Via Montenapoleone and in Rome in Piazza di Spagna.

The real estate operation was long and complex, but in the end we were able to support the brand in the development that included the acquisition of a store to complete the existing ones and additional spaces in the same building.
